Day trip to Florence from Rome by bus

Our day will begin at Accademia Gallery, where the legendary Michelangelo's David is kept. We will go straight into the museum thanks to our skip-the-line tickets.
Our friendly and professional guide will tell you everything you need to know about one of the most famous statues in the world and you will also get the chance to see other masterpieces such as Michelangelo's unfinished Slaves.

After visiting the Academia Gallery we will head toward the Cathedral, also known as Florence Duomo, where your guide will explain how its huge dome went from near big failure to the greatest architectural achievement of its time. We will also see Florence Baptistery, where you will admire a set bronze so beautiful that Michelangelo himself called them the "Gates of Paradise".

N.B., The Florence Duomo does not have skip-the-line access so unless the entrance lines are very short, we do not step inside.

Then it will be time for lunch and our guide will be glad to share with you its knowledge about the best places to eat something genuine in the center of Florence. You have some time to eat, relax and then the second part of the tour will begin!
